Get an Assessment and Grow!

Have you considered an assessment?  An assessment provides a referee with a trained and certified observer who will watch your performance, offer verbal and written feedback, and encourage you to grow in your performance.  This can lead to better assignments, upgrade to a new level, and lead to your own personal achievement.

USSF has updated the assessment criteria for all levels.  Please review the revised USSF criteria and how Kansas will apply it beginning on May 14, 2015.  There has been a relaxing of the requirements to upgrade from 8 to 7 and 7 to 6.  There has also been a change in determination of a competitive match.  So, be sure to check out the new changes and how they relate to you.

Even if you do not plan to upgrade, a developmental assessment may help you.  Be sure to consider an assessment as you move forward in you referee career.  If you are ready to learn more, to grow as a referee, and to get an assessment, just go to our Assessment Page here and read more.
